A: The H2O Kitchen Appliance Trade-In Program is available to eligible customers in Australia who purchase a participating H2O water purifier and trade in an eligible kitchen appliance in accordance with the program terms and conditions.
Q: What can I use my trade-in coupon for?
A: Your trade-in coupon can only be used toward the purchase of an H2O water purifier unit. It cannot be used for accessories, filters, installation fees, or other products.
Q: What condition does my appliance need to be in?
Your trade-in appliance should be complete and in acceptable condition for assessment. Normal signs of use may be acceptable, but appliances that are unsafe, heavily damaged, or missing key components may not qualify for trade-in.
Q: Can I use more than one trade-in for one H2O water purifier?
A: Unless otherwise stated, only one trade-in coupon can be applied per H2O water purifier purchase.
Q: How is my trade-in value determined?
