A friend of mine recommended the water testing pen. So I ordered one. What i really liked from the beginning was that the staff send you a little video explaining how to use things. The videos are quite short but they are very practical. My water quality was 72 in North shore Sydney but I haven't been happy for some time. When my cascade arrived, it was very easy to set up. The video explains the whole process. I did the test again and my score was 99. Couldn't believe the improvement. It's amazing to think what we are taking into our bodies. Thanks so much H2O team.

Been looknig for a RO machine that offers alkaline water and remineralisation. Was looking at philips and other brands. I really liked the reviews and wasnt disappointed. Great decision - hot water for my winter cups of tea!

I really wasn't sure it was going to be worth it. I was looking around the internet a lot and came across H2O. I contacted on the website and got a really cool video demo from Chris. He even checked when the machine was due to arrive. Mine got delayed by two days by AusPost. The overall feeling is that this machine is worth more than its price. I'm so happy to have found it.
