I have been using this countertop filter for 9 months, and here’s my review. The system is easy to use, and the water tastes much better. It removes minerals that cause sediment, which is a common issue in Ballarat.
The only drawback is that the PAC filters don’t last for 12 month, but this may be due to the local water quality where I live. Overall, it has been a great purchase.

Our office used to rely on bottled water (12L), which cost us around $1,700 a year. Because the team never cleaned the water cooler properly, we even started noticing algae building up inside it. A friend of mine recommended the water testing pen. So I ordered one. What i really liked from the beginning was that the staff send you a little video explaining how to use things. The videos are quite short but they are very practical. My water quality was 72 in North shore Sydney but I haven't been happy for some time. When my cascade arrived, it was very easy to set up. The video explains the whole process. I did the test again and my score was 99. Couldn't believe the improvement. It's amazing to think what we are taking into our bodies. Thanks so much H2O team.
