Who is eligible?
Customers in Australia who trade in a filter pitcher and purchase a participating H2O WaterBar.
What can I use the coupon on?
H2O WaterBar units only — not accessories, filters, installation fees or other products.
Does my pitcher need to be in good condition?
It should be complete and safe. Normal signs of use are fine; items in good condition are donated to those who need them.
How do I return my old pitcher?
We'll include a prepaid return label and a box with your purifier delivery. Pack your old pitcher in the box and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post outlet, or bring it in store at Westfield Southland, Cheltenham.
Can I combine it with other offers?
One trade-in coupon per purifier purchase. The coupon can't be combined with other promotions or discount codes.
When does my code expire?
Please use your code within 14 days of receiving it.
