Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

 
Subscriptions
1. H2O subscription plans have a minimum commitment of 12 months.
2. During the subscription period, the equipment remains the property of H2OAU.
3. Upon successful completion of the full 12-month term, ownership of the equipment will transfer to you at no additional cost.
4. If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the 12-month minimum term, you will be required to pay an Early Termination Fee, calculated as:
(The full retail price of the product ÷ 12) × number of unpaid remaining months in your subscription term. Once this payment is made, ownership of the equipment will transfer to you immediately.
5. Returns of the equipment are not required.
6. Subscription payments are billed monthly. Missed or failed payments may result in service interruption or account termination.
7. In the event of missed or failed payments:
(a) We will attempt to process the payment again within 48 hours.
(b) If payment remains outstanding for more than 7 days, we may suspend your subscription benefits or support services.
(c) If payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, your subscription will be considered cancelled and you will be liable to pay the full remaining balance of your contract in a single lump sum.
(d) We reserve the right to refer unpaid balances to a debt collection agency or take legal action to recover outstanding amounts.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
